Hey, I’m Declan!
I’ve been part of the salon family since 2018, starting my journey as an apprentice. From day one, I’ve been fortunate to channel my passion for education and creativity through top-tier training—both in-house and with some of the industry’s most respected educators.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside leading brands and attending incredible events that continuously fuel my inspiration. Being surrounded by such talented, driven artists keeps me motivated to grow and evolve—ensuring I always offer my clients, both loyal and new, the absolute best in service and results.

My speciality lies in creative and corrective colouring, with a particular love for lived-in blondes and rich, dimensional brunettes. I was honoured to be recognised for this work with the @Neal & Wolf Rising Star Colour Award. But the standout moment of my career so far? Winning at HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards 2022—a milestone I’m still pinching myself over!

When it comes to cutting, I have a soft spot for the classic bob—timeless, versatile, and always elegant. While I love all aspects of hairdressing, my greatest passion is bridal and occasion styling. There’s nothing more rewarding than creating stunning hair for such personal and unforgettable moments.

Outside the salon, you’ll likely find me travelling—soaking up new cultures, chasing sunsets, and collecting inspiration from every corner of the globe (not to mention cocktails!). Whether it’s a texture, colour palette, or street-style moment, I love weaving those global influences into my work back at the chair.
