Hi, I’m Keily!

I’ve been part of the Scots family since day one—and what a journey it’s been! Over the years, I’ve grown both personally and professionally, constantly challenging myself through industry competitions and incredible opportunities, including travelling to events in Berlin, Bologna, and across the UK. One of my proudest achievements was being selected as one of the very first members of the TIGI Inspirational Youth Team—an experience that shaped so much of who I am today as an Art Director.

Cutting is my true passion and strength—it’s where I feel most confident and creative, and it’s something I take immense pride in. My commitment to precision, personalisation, and detail ensures that every cut is designed to enhance each client's individuality and style.

Having spent more than half my life at Scots (which still amazes me!), the salon truly feels like a second home. I’m proud to be part of such a talented, close-knit team that continually inspires and supports one another. It’s this sense of community—and the deep connection I have with my clients—that makes my role so rewarding.

Outside the salon, I’m a proud wife and mum to my beautiful daughter, Ava-Rose. Family means everything to me, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have a career that allows space for both creativity and balance. That harmony is what keeps my passion for hairdressing alive and thriving every single day.
