Hey, I’m Lexi!

I started my journey at Scots in 2023 as a Saturday girl, and I’m now proud to be a first-year apprentice. Hairdressing has always been my dream, so getting to learn and grow in such a supportive, inspiring environment means the world to me.

Scots isn’t just where I work—it truly feels like a second home. I’ve built lifelong friendships here, and being surrounded by such a talented and encouraging team has made my experience even more special.

I’m incredibly grateful for the high-level training I receive from our Creative Director, Jennifer, and top stylist, Ruby. Their knowledge, creativity, and mentorship continue to shape my skills and confidence. We’re also lucky to have external educators visit the salon regularly, keeping us up-to-date with the latest techniques in cutting and colour.

Recently, I had the amazing opportunity to attend a training session with Olaplex for their new product launch, which was a great experience and a valuable insight into the wider industry.

While I’m still discovering which area of hairdressing I’m most passionate about, I’m loving the journey so far—and I can’t wait to see where my future at Scots will take me!
