Simon Spray - MANAGER & Owner

Simon is the engine behind Scots, co-owning the business with Jennifer since 2003. While he’s not a stylist, his role is absolutely essential to the smooth running and continued growth of the salon.

Simon says:
"I love the dynamic that Jennifer and I have built here at Scots—we make a great team. While I’m not on the salon floor, my role is all about keeping things moving behind the scenes. I manage everything from finances, stock control, and health and safety, to booking events, arranging travel for the team, and supporting performance goals.

I prefer to work under the radar, quietly in the background, making sure everything runs smoothly so the creative team can do what they do best. My goal is simple: to keep Scots progressing every single day."
